My name is Rebekah Jean Breece, and I am the artist behind That Purple Dandelion Studios. In May 2025, I received my BFA in Studio Art with a concentration in Drawing. I make weird, wacky, and downright strange pieces looking at humanity through the lens of inhuman creatures. I was born on a naval base in Rota, Spain and have lived in the Carolinas for most of my life. Ever since I was young, I always drew almost obsessively. By the time I was twelve, I was filling up multiple sketchbooks in one year. I love using different mediums to explore ideas about connection, communication, and emotion.
